RESPONSIBILITIES:Comprehensive Social Media Monitoring: Continuously monitor conversations across TikTok. This involves tracking direct mentions of the brand and indirect discussions about it.Active Engagement: Regularly interact with the online community, which includes fans, influencers, and notable publications. The goal is to create engaging moments that foster brand loyalty and encourage actions like sharing and favoriting, thereby increasing earned media visibility.Reactive Content Identification: Daily identification of opportunities for quick, reactive content creation. Collaborate with agency and client teams to brainstorm and test various ideas, aiming to find the most impactful ones.Strategic Idea Development: Track and develop larger, non-reactive content ideas based on community observations. Contribute to a growing list of behaviors that align with the brand’s ethos, aiding in conceptualizing broader campaigns.Brainstorming Leadership: Play a crucial role in brainstorming sessions for major campaigns, ensuring audience insights are at the forefront of all creative ideas.Content Management and Prioritization: Develop and implement strategies for organizing, scheduling, and managing content across all platforms in collaboration with the internal Content & Accounts team.Analytics and Reporting: Provide the Accounts Team with detailed, analytics-driven reports that offer insights into content performance and audience engagement.Social Listening and Analytics: Utilize social listening tools (TrendPop) and native platform analytics to gather and analyze top-line data, gaining insights into content effectiveness and audience engagement trends on different platforms.
