1st Term (Spring 2012) - Technical Support Engineer:- Supported routers and switches that managed enterprise networks earning the ADTRAN Technical Sales Professional certification. - Helped customers debug, identify, and resolve networking issues primarily in the networking layer. 2nd Term (Fall 2012) - Build Automation:- Developed and maintained a software package written in Python that ran the build automation and management for the company’s different code bases. - Aided developers as they used the package and maintained builds in a TeamCity management server. 3rd Term (Summer 2013) - Software Architecture - Managed and tested architecture within the company. - Maintained and updated an Eclipse plugin proprietary to the company to help development speed and infrastructure. - Prototyped generating C/C++ source code through Python and Jinja2 driven template engines.
