At Bunnings I delivered satisfaction and support to customers, I did this in roles such as operating registers, managing customer returns, taking phone calls and answering customer enquires. Sometimes I would be situated in a position where I was required to transfer the enquiry to another team member, this ensured customer satisfaction was met in all areas.
