Currently employed as an administrative specialist at Zash Global Media and Entertainment Corporation. Prior to stepping into my new position, I worked in property management for 4 years. During this time, I monitored employee productivity to ensure smooth and effective apartment turns. I maintained resident accounts by processing billings, accounts receivable and payable, and biweekly delinquency reports. I also worked to generate revenue by leasing out vacant apartments on Airbnb. I also worked at Wegmans Food Market for six years as well as interning at the Onondaga County District Attorney's Office. Working in the Bakery Department at Wegmans, I utilized multitasking, teamwork, time management, and communication skills to provide exceptional customer service. As an intern with the Victim Assistance Program at the District Attorney's Office, I observed and participated in client meetings, offering helpful information and emotional support to crime victims. I also drafted and reviewed various legal documents for office staff, and assisted in numerous administrative tasks.
