I plan and implement strategies to advance Ballet Memphis' fundraising objectives, including cultivating and stewarding individual donors and managing foundation and corporate sponsor relationships. I oversee development operations, design campaigns and guide fundraising messaging, write grant proposals and reports, and help foster a culture of philanthropy across the organization. In this role, I also serve as liaison to the board of directors.

In this role, I oversaw all public-facing communications (including social media, website, email marketing, earned media, and more), managed the entire grant process (from identifying potential new funding sources, supporting the development of funder relationships, writing grant proposals, developing budgets, reporting on existing grants, and ensuring compliance), and supported the execution of an annual strategic fundraising plan. In 2022, I helped CHOICES increase grant revenue by 98% and overall development revenue by 144%.

As Grants Coordinator, I managed the entire grant process for a portfolio of ~$2.5 million in annual grant funds including: identifying potential new funding sources; writing grant proposals; developing budgets; processing, monitoring and coordinating required reports on existing grants; and ensuring that grants comply with regulatory, funding agency, and policy requirements.

In this role, I led CHOICES' individual fundraising program, which involved coordinating processes such as donor stewardship and solicitation, tracking and reporting gifts and revenue, and planning our two major annual events. I also managed volunteers and student interns and assigned and oversaw their projects at CHOICES. I collaborated on grant writing, reporting, and tracking of >$1 million in annual grant revenue. Additionally, I curated and managed all printed and digital communications and produced daily, monthly, and quarterly content for social media channels, our website and blog, branded materials, and our supporter newsletter. Finally, I assisted on outreach, marketing, PR, and media relations objectives.
