• Develop and implement lobbying strategies to influence local and state government policies that align with the organization’s goals. • Monitor legislative and regulatory developments at the local and state level. Analyze policy changes and provide recommendations on potential impacts. • Establish and maintain effective relationships with elected officials, government agencies, and community leaders to advocate for the organization’s interests. • Serve as a liaison between the organization and community stakeholders to understand local needs and issues. Attend community meetings, forums, and fundraising events to represent IAR’s interest. • Plan and execute advocacy campaigns, including organizing events, managing outreach activities, and supporting coalition-building efforts. • Provide campaign strategy and execution, candidate and issue support, and help develop strategies to maximize PAC resources, while building relationships with political allies, and community stakeholders.
