My role at Splendid is waitressing for events. My roles and responsibilities include greeting guests upon arrival, providing table and waiting service of alcohol and food and collaborating with a new team each shift while ensuring delivery of an exceptional guest experience

Within this role, I aided customers with decision making, demonstrated knowledge of products and current promotions, worked across Menswear, Womenswear and Kids and Homewares Departments and collaborated with team members on a regular basis to assist customers and maintaining the appearance of the department.

As a Bar staff team member, my role included serving and preparing alcoholic beverages in both retail and members' bars, handling cash transactions, and navigating working with new team members each shift which strengthened my ability to collaborate seamlessly with others

In this role I was responsible for serving customers coffee, food and alcohol. Due to my extended employment here, I was able to work my way up and was responsible for leading and managing the front of house team, barista and kitchen staff to ensure all duties were completed effectively and that our team worked cohesively to create a pleasant customer service experience. I was able to develop strong relationships with both management and my co-workers, as well as the regular customers that I served.

At Mad Mex I handled cash transactions using Point of Sales (POS), prepared and served meals as both front of house and back of house, and prepared and served alcoholic beverages. I diligently followed company policy, effectively diffused customer complaints when appropriate and received an award for Employee of the Month due to my hard work ethic and willingness to help other team members where I could.
