My passion for journalism led me to Brigham Young University-Idaho where I am pursuing a B.S. in communications (journalism and news emphasis) with a certificate in event planning.I am highly self-motivated and enjoy workplaces that challenge me to think outside of the box intellectually. In the last year, I have contributed to The Nature Conservancy, Helping Women Period, WNC Magazine, and most recently, The Local Palate. I am fueled by the belief that stories have the power to bridge divides, foster understanding, and drive positive change.
