As a Creative Director reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, I have the privilege of leading a talented team of creatives and agency partners, while overseeing various aspects of creative process development, trade shows, social media planning, and podcast production lifecycle.My day-to-day responsibilities involve:🎨 Creative Leadership: Guiding the overall creative vision of our brand, I work closely with the CMO to align our creative efforts with our business objectives. Together, we ensure a consistent and impactful brand presence across all channels.👥 Team Management: I have the pleasure of managing a team of highly skilled creatives, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. By providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship, I help them reach their full potential and inspire their creative genius.💡 Creative Process Development: I'm passionate about optimizing our creative process from concept ideation to final execution. By implementing best practices, streamlining workflows, and introducing innovative tools, I enable our team to excel in their creativity while maximizing efficiency.🌐 Trade Shows: One of the exciting aspects of my role is overseeing the creative development and execution of our trade show experiences. I collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a visually engaging and cohesive brand presence that leaves a lasting impression on attendees.📲 Social Media Planning: Leveraging the power of social media, I develop and implement a comprehensive strategy aligned with our brand voice and objectives. Together with the marketing team, we create compelling visual and written content that drives engagement and enhances our brand's online presence.🎙️ Podcast Production Lifecycle: I'm involved in the end-to-end production process of our captivating podcast series. Collaborating with hosts, guests, and our editor, I ensure the episodes align with our brand messaging and resonate with our target audience.
