- Generates leads by managing and creating social media content- Manages high volume of daily inquiries, oversee and coordinate daily operations, and manage outbound sales

- Independently create success plans for each client that caters to their specific needs and goals- Negotiate contracts with new clients to maximize revenue - Independently source clients of all ages through personal marketing, cold calls, and referral leads

- Responsible for managing operations of 6 locations around Metro Atlanta- Oversee financials and marketing communications amongst each property

- Assist in managing social media and content creation to maintain class capacity - Educate individuals on the importance of managing stress through mental and physical exercises

- Increase player strength, agility, and technical skills through effective practice and game scenarios - Implement training programs and strategies that bolstered individual and team performance- Educate players and parents on the importance of sportsmanship both on and off the field
