Structured communication plans for successful event campaigns; these plans included paid Meta advertising strategies, content posting schedules, and in-person promotional efforts featuring on-campus brand ambassadors. Organized, produced, and created messaging for multiple campaigns including Western’s Orientation Week, large on-campus concerts featuring artists such as Quavo and NAV, and smaller-scale programming. Represented the company’s brand in a respectful, informative, and charismatic manner in digital content including Instagram stories, Instagram reels, TikToks, mini-series, promotional materials, and through direct messages.

In charge of leading the fourth-year USC Ambassador team.

Participated as an Ambassador in the pilot program of Bud Light's University campaign. This role included promoting events within the London area, collaborating with club programs at Western University, and curating branded social media content.

Mentored 100+ Western students through their transition to post-secondary; organized and led orientation activities to ensure their introduction to Western was memorable. Promoted academic success through multiple exam review sessions, peer-editing essays, providing academic resources, and promoting positive study habits. Lead teams of 10-20 fellow orientation leaders to succeed in their own mentoring efforts, orchestrated bonding activities, and provided emotional support.

Serve as a source of information for the student body by educating students regarding USC events, programs and services via social media initiatives.
