Placed 4th in The Freirich Business Plan Competition. Based on extensive research into the frozen dessert industry, I developed a five year comprehensive business plan for my startup frozen custard brand, Cara Cara Custards. This business plan includes financial projections (revenue projections, startup costs, expense budgets), a marketing strategy (outreach, advertising schedule, and social media plan), a competitive analysis and an operation schedule, which was then used to develop the business plan and an investor pitch deck.

SSCP is an advanced seminar and practicum focused on offering pro bono consulting services to the regional businesses. SSCP is a highly selective class requiring a 3.5+ GPA, faculty nominations, internship experience, and completing of behavioral and case interviews.Engaged in pro bono consultancy with a team of students to develop comprehensive strategic analysis and actionable recommendations for Saratoga Chocolate Company (including financial, brand management, and expansionary measures).

Researched why liberal arts colleges are in decline and how to adapt Skidmore College’s current Management and Business program to meet student demand and adapt to academia’s changing environment.

Researched how physical spaces and their components (space, color, texture, light, fabric, and furniture) affect psychological and physical well-being and then applied this research to recommend how Skidmore can improve their living environments. Outlined and rendered new dormitory blueprints that are more health and wellness oriented, sourced and staged an apartment for reference images, and created a budget for renovations
