I assisted with outreach events put on by the college of engineering at FGCU. I was part of a small group of students that represent the college. This was a service position that allowed me to interact with the community and prospective students. I informed them about the college of engineering and my experiences while attending FGCU.

I was a laboratory apprentice for the Environmental Engineering Department at FGCU. I learned how to properly calibrate and prepare lab equipment. I also prepared for and cleaned up labs and experiments.

I tutored intermediate algebra, college algebra, pre calculus, calculus one, calculus two, calculus three, differential equations, statistical methods, and mathematical foundations to college students at FGCU. I assisted directly by (developing the quantitative reasoning and critical thinking skills needed to complete coursework) adapting my tutoring.

I was a Co-Op/Intern at CDM Smith, and have accepted a full time position with the Fort Myers office post graduation. During my internship, I worked on projects concerning water, wastewater, stormwater/watershed management, and water resources design. Programs I used extensively included ArcGIS, ArcPro, Bluebeam Studio, and Microsoft Excel.

This role was completed as a summer internship completed between my junior and senior year of college. I worked in land development on commercial and residential projects. I did hydrology and hydraulics modeling software (ICPR4) for the storm water management scope of projects. I also did AutoCAD designs, submittals/permits, technical writing, redlines for.
