Coordinated alumni and corporate relations, as well as the scholarship application and selection process for the College of Business. Integrated a CRM to help track relationships and identify potential areas for interaction.-Worked with a group of young alumni to form the College of Business Young Alumni Board. The board identified ways to engage students and created opportunities for fellow alumni to stay engaged. Held multiple alumni networking events around the greater OKC metro area. -Formalized the College of Business Corporate Partners program. The program was developed as a way to keep track of all the existing relationships that the College has with external companies. By tracking our partners, we could work to strengthen existing relationships by identifying areas that they may make an additional impact on our students.-Oversaw a group of students that were part of the College's leadership program. The class planned an annual networking event that became a staple for our institution. My group was responsible for alumni and corporate outreach and attendance of the event.

Advancing the initiatives of the School of Communication through the University's Strategic Plan. Using the BI tool, I build reports of top prospects to help plan visits for my team. I work with front line fundraising officers by providing assistance with donor research and travel plans. I serve as the liaison between the annual giving team and the School, making sure all our direct mail intiatives are in order. I manage weekly gift acknowledgment letters from the Dean of the School as well as the Director of Development. I also assist with event management--whether helping with the logistics of events on campus or stewardship events in other cities.In this role I managed the projects of a student worker, worked on a peer benchmarking project for the Board of Trustees, served on the Best Practices Committee to help make the role of PA's more efficient, and served as chair of the Culture Committee to help team building in our department.
