CurrentRecruiter- Develop and execute a recruiting strategy to target and place employees in assignments.- Manage the hiring process through sourcing and interviewing candidates, offering andnegotiating positions, credentialing and onboarding new hires.- Coordinate with various departments during contract negotiation.- Gather and maintain employee availability.- Act as a benefit designee for branch, responding to benefits questions from field staff andreferring more complex benefits issues to the corporate benefits department.- Maintain accurate and the timely updating of client job orders in the database.- Keep accurate schedules of employees and they’re assigned jobs.- Maintain potential candidate pool and working employees in assignments while coordinatingretention effort and the extension of assignments.- Support employees on assignment and offer problem-solving strategies/advice when necessary.- Facilitate weekly quality control with current employees to ensure employee satisfaction andretention.
