• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute and support promotional packaging events (custom on-pack offers, special designs, etc.)• Communicate between cross-functional project teams and Supply Chain teams (demand planning, supply planning, materials management, etc.) • Orchestrate Bill of Material set up and changes in SAP • Ownership of raw material write off budget monthly estimate process, raw material write-off tracking, waste mitigation and escalations to the business teams • Responsible for raw materials readiness for all strategic packaging events • Monitor materials to ensure minimal waste by coordinating with the plants planners, supply planners, brand planners, R&D, and suppliers • Work closely with Customer, Deployment, Demand, and Supply teams to minimize excess finished inventory at the end of events • Analyze success of an event based on various metrics and reporting out to the cross-functional teams and give actionable recommendations for future events• Use project management tools to effectively manage projects and communicate with key stakeholders
