Elsewhere Studios is an artist residency program in Paonia CO, providing artists from around the world with time and space to focus ontheir work in a unique and supportive environment. The program is open to visual artists, writers, composers, and performing artists at any stage or their career as well as scientists, activists, teachers, students, or any kind of creative thinker interested in exploring and expanding their work. The residency program includes housing, studio space, and utilities. As a board memberI started and co-lead our Scholarship and Equity Committee to keep the organization in line with our mission of diversity, equity, access, and inclusion in the arts.

Youth Voices of Experience (YVOE) through Youth MOVE MN presents an online quarterly magazine and podcast featuring visual art, mixed media, personal stories, video art, interviews, and more centering the voices of adolescent and young adult artists living with mental illness. As a mentor I work along-side young artists to help them develop their unique artistic voice and create life-long practices to support their creative projects

Self-employed painter, draftswoman and designer for a variety of projects since 2008. Experience includes: building and updating my own website regularly, maintaining a consistent social media presence and engaging my audience in creative ways, communicating clearly with clients to meet their desires within a piece of art while maintaining and imparting my own personal style, and utilizing skills and experience with traditional art media to create high-quality artwork.

NEMAA provides a platform for Minneapolis artists to displayand sell their work, with year-round profile/online shop representation on their website, as well as promotion of artwork, news and events via their e-newsletter and social media channels to an ever-expanding audience. As a board member I am assisting the organization with creating more accessible, virtual programming which helps NEMAA continue to grow in a more digital-age while honoring its roots, in addition to supporting the board and organization during an ever-changing landscape in the arts.

Gallery manager in charge of day-to-day operations of the business, including opening and closing the gallery; meeting with customers, growing our social media reach and engagement, staying connected with interested buyers virtually in creative ways, cleaning and organizing the shop, and hanging artwork in the gallery; preparing sales reports; managing email communications between artists and the gallery and between customers and the gallery. I managed a team of volunteers and was the liaison between the artists and the owner of WALRUS LLC for any questions. I ran the social media accounts for WALRUS, including creating daily posts and responding to messages from prospective buyers.

Installation Coordinator for the 2014 and 2015 Fall Fine Arts Show, leading in artwork check-in and drop-off,layout, hanging, lighting, and labeling artwork. Managing volunteers during installation shifts, assisting with repainting and patching of gallery walls, working with NEMAA staff and other interns to create a successful exhibition that represents the Northeast Minneapolis art community.
