As a screen industry executive with 10+ years experience working at the c-suite level, I have applied my creative and analytical skills to shape strategic direction, develop new business opportunities and meet service delivery objectives.My current role with Screenrights as the Head of Member Service is diverse and I enjoy working in an organisation where I can make a difference. I lead our customer-facing teams and our royalty distribution team. I am responsible for service delivery to our members and the distribution of $30+ million dollars each year to rightsholders in film, television and radio.I have a proven track record of designing and leading change initiatives and motivating teams to consistently exceed targets. In my role at Screenrights I also set the creative vision for our online and proprietary royalty distribution platforms, am intimately involved in the design of these platforms and lead the development.I have a keen interest in design thinking and systems theory. My colleagues describe me as enterprising and industrious and I am known for my creativity. I enjoy making things better and love challenges.Outside of my work with Screenrights I am also the Managing Director and co-owner of MadBee Creative, a web-design agency. We work selectively with clients on online applications and portals.I have an MBA with a technology focus and graduate degree in Change Management, both from the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM).
