My personality fueled my desire to study the field of psychology. I fell in LOVE with learning new concepts and applying them to myself and others. I am seeking a job where I can use my education and talents; such as, intense listening, compassionate understanding and effective teaching methods in my future career. The desire that drove me to finish my degree in four years at William Jessup University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, still pushes me today. After graduating in May of 2014, I applied to Western Seminary college and was accepted in the fall of 2014 and I am currently studying for my M.F.T. I have variety of experiences including experience in both business and non-profit ministry environments, including 10+ years in child development. I learned traits such as becoming dependable, patient and flexible, and to adapt to each child and parent's needs. As an administrative assistant for two successful financial and medical sales companies, I learned and adapted to the companies purpose and goals. I used my management, organization, and goal-oriented skills to perform at my best daily. My experience at Bayside Church has equipped me with the skills to affirm and teach individuals who are struggling in their family life, financial circumstances or spiritual walk. My strengths include team management, compassionately and effectively teaching individuals to manage crisis, and mentoring students with their future goals.Contact me by e-mail at madison.erickson@outlook.com or phone (916) 835-2715 if I can be an added assets to your AMAZING team and company!
