During my time as a EY tax intern, I had the opportunity to develop both technical and interpersonal skills while experiencing "busy season" at it's peak. I aided in auditing the tax provisions for three different companies, ranging from fixed asset depreciation to deferred tax assets and liabilities. I also helped prepare over 20 tax returns at both the state and federal level. This required a thorough knowledge of multiple software platforms as well as the ability to work quickly and efficiently in order to meet strict federal deadlines.

As a Peer Instructor, I was responsible for many of the communcation, planning, and assessment aspects of the Business Administration I and Business Administration II courses. In addition to sending out weekly announcements, I also communicated with students on a one-on-one basis to answer curriclulum questions and resolve technical issues. I performed weekly administrative tasks to aid the course instructor, and often gave presentations on professonalism and other course topics myself. I handled the grading for over 70 students and held myself to a high standard of verification and accuracy in this role.

I personally coordinated and scheduled my team every week, and relayed information through a variety of channels of communication. As a leader, I handled greviences from both ticketholders and coworkers and resolved conflicts in a succinct and professional manner.
