I am a strategic marketing leader with a passion for product and brand development, content strategy, and people leadership. No matter the industry, I am deeply committed to understanding my audience and developing effective strategies to meet customers and clients where they are.Over the course of my career, I've been responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and execution of multi-channel growth strategies. I have led teams in content development, email marketing, digital marketing, graphic design, social media strategy/execution, and event planning/support. I am a proactive leader, always determined to demonstrate the ROI of the strategies my team executes and the value that the Marketing team brings to my organization. My greatest strength is people leadership. I am a teacher and mentor by nature, and I manage my team with empathy and respect. I believe in using positivity, recognition, and communication to build confidence and motivate my team to produce at their highest level. I strive to lead by example with integrity and compassion. I am proud to have introduced a Marketing Internship program at FGMC in early 2019, which allowed me to build a strong team with unique perspectives and skill sets. I am passionate about mentoring young professionals throughout the early stages of their careers, and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to help develop the next generation of marketing leaders.
