I’m a current freshman studying Civil Engineering at Slippery Rock University, building on four years of hands-on experience in business development and customer service. Having graduated high school in 2024, I’ve had the opportunity to develop strong communication and problem-solving skills through various roles, most recently in customer support.In my current job, I’m dedicated to helping customers navigate their needs and ensuring a positive experience with each interaction.
