The Edtech Equity Project provides edtech companies with tangible, technical practices for more equitable product design and development, and provides guidance for schools to prioritize racial equity during the edtech evaluation and procurement process. Our goal is to create strong partnerships across schools, communities, and the edtech industry to champion the needs of Black and Brown students.

○ Member of executive team with active role in organizational strategy and execution○ Lead all marketing initiatives with an emphasis on data-driven demand generation & performance-based product marketing activities○ Lead all internal and external communications with an emphasis on landing top-tier press○ Lead a team of digital marketing and social media managers, writers, designers, web developers, creative agencies, and communications agencies to create a leading marketing and communications engine focused on performance marketing initiatives and human-centeredstorytelling in the non-profit sector○ Set and achieve the quantitative and qualitative goals for marketing and communications performance based on business goals and objectives○ Manage all communications and marketing budgets

○ In-residence fellowship program for technologists to learn about the policy-making process○ Applying product marketing and startup technology expertise to social justice issues○ Building policy outputs on issues surrounding equitable STEM education, suicide prevention, access to water quality data, and addressing homelessness- Hub projects: Mitigating racial bias in AI-driven education technologies and improving access to low-cost, first-time, algorithmically-granted housing loans for women

○ Lead the end-to-end data-driven content marketing function: from strategy to execution on keynote storytelling campaigns and thought leadership content○ Lead a team of editorial talent to create world-class stories to be distributed across major Google channels that reach millions of users○ Set the quantitative and qualitative goals for content performance based on team business objectives○ Drive large cross-functional storytelling campaigns for key brand moments○ Lead digital marketing strategy across key distribution channels including website, email marketing, and social media against specificperformance marketing goals and benchmarks (SEO/SEM/paid media)○ Manage large-scale marketing campaign budgets○ Build and foster various large-scale digital and in-person communities, reaching and serving hundreds of startup founders

○ Develop robust project plans and objectives for quarterly global digital campaigns, including synthesizing core business and product point-of-views into content themes that resonate with target markets and audiences○ Author and edit thought leadership and product marketing content assets in collaboration with other subject matter experts○ Work with cross-functional teams and external agencies to create supporting design assets for digital campaigns, including print and videoproduction○ Develop lead generation and and growth hacking strategies across several channels, including website, email, social, and editorial○ Collect data and insights from campaign performance to better inform future digital campaign planning and overall execution of various contentprograms
