As a current senior HR representative at PepsiCo, I have been able to build a strong foundation for my career. In my first year, I gained valuable knowledge about our business, built strong relationships with our frontline team and business partners, and gained critical experiences in both the day to day of a generalist HR role as well as bigger picture initiatives for the site as a whole. Prior to starting my career with PepsiCo, I graduated from the MSHRM program at WVU in Dec. 2022. During grad school, I held a graduate assistant position through the WVU Business Communication Center. This role entailed working through tutoring sessions with a diverse group of students to help them reach their highest success in business communication and writing. In May 2021 I graduated with a B.S.B.A from WVU, majoring in marketing and minoring in advertising.
