This job requires you to maintain confidentiality, have a high attention to detail, manage difficult conversations and situations, establish and maintain an effective working relationship with other campus departments, and have a vast knowledge of Western Washington University administrative departments as a whole. After working in Debt Recovery, she transitioned to working in the billing unit, having similar duties, but more in person customer service work & managing difficult conversations and interactions. Along with fiscal and customer service work, utilizing my copywriting, content planning, and graphic design abilities, She worked as an associate social media/content creator for the office.
