In March of 2023 I started Primavera Coaching, where I specialize in accelerating the success of leaders in transition through my customizable coaching program. As a certified coach, I am genuinely passionate about enabling the success of others, particularly when it comes to transitioning into new roles in a purposeful way. Over the past 12 years, I have worked in customer success and talent development at high growth tech companies. Most recently I spent over 7 years at Eventbrite where I led global employee programs for onboarding, leadership development, coaching, DEI, performance, culture, engagement, and remote work.Having personally experienced the challenges of transitioning into a new career, overcoming imposter syndrome, building new relationships and making a meaningful impact, I know the journey firsthand. From my experience managing a global onboarding program internally, I’m also deeply familiar with the pain points that new hires, hiring managers and people teams can face in regards to setting people up for success and retaining them.
