I graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a bachelor's degree in Advertising. Since September 2021, I have been working as a Product Management Specialist at Public Consulting Group, a leading provider of enterprise software solutions for the public sector. My core competencies include software training, implementations, configurations, software support, product, operations, and client relations.In my current role, I manage multiple optional product offerings within our software system by developing and using configuration guides to implement the modules for each client. I also conduct research by consulting subject matter experts for guidance on enhancements to improve our products. I provide direct client support of the software through Zendesk, a customer service platform that helps me communicate effectively and efficiently with the users.Previously, I worked as an Implementation Specialist at Jonas Fitness, Inc., where I utilized my software expertise and industry experience to train clients on the configuration and operating procedures of our fitness management software. I also collaborated with multiple departments to meet customer needs and ensure success through project management and process development. My experience in the fitness industry, as a certified personal trainer and a former manager at two fitness centers, gives me a unique perspective and insight into the needs and challenges of our clients. I am passionate about creating and delivering software solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the public sector and the fitness industry.
