Currently acting as the primary contact for facilitating communication between the organization and coaches through a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Responsible for managing, organizing, leading, and supporting eighty high-level coaches while building and fostering relationships with them. Other responsibilities include monitoring, coordinating, and communicating the strategic objectives and operations with an emphasis on a positive representation of the business to coaches. Other duties include managing conflicts, providing immediate resolution for concerns, providing technical support, handling new hire paperwork, which involves payroll and tax forms, and managing payment processing.In addition, contributes to the marketing and advertising department, creative and brand development, and assisting the CEO. Efforts are achieved through active participation in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas and strategies for marketing campaigns, and brand promotion. Project management responsibilities include prioritizing tasks, setting timelines, and ensuring project objectives are met. As an assistant to the CEO, duties include administrative support, managing schedules, handling correspondence, managing operations budgets, overseeing company purchasing and payment processing, and assisting with various tasks to help the CEO effectively carry out her duties.ISNation is an innovative start-up company and app that will positively impact the world of sports by driving connections and solutions for athletes, parents, and coaches. In this role, meeting the diverse and dynamic needs of the organization requires wearing multiple hats, demanding both flexibility and adaptability.

Assisted in the day-to-day sports information activities within the University’s Athletic Department. Worked alongside staff in producing game notes, media guides, programs, press releases, and game day management for various teams.

Worked on campus alongside the Assistant Vice President for Advancement and Athletics, and Director of the Bulldog Club. The Gardner-Webb University Bulldog Club serves as the fundraising arm for the Department of Athletics and plays an important role in funding scholarships for the University’s 22 NCAA Division I intercollegiate sports.

Worked alongside the Marketing and Promotions Coordinator helping in Game Day Management, Fan Engagement, Promotional Creation, Sponsorship Fulfillment, and Social Media Branding.
