• Organize and execute on event logistics for Wasabi’s tradeshow presence, exhibiting at ten shows in two months• Research and screen potential event opportunities to best reach target market and increase brand awareness• Plan off-site holiday party for 100 guests including branded giveaways, location, entertainment, and catering

MKG is a creative agency specializing in brand experiences. I spent six months with MKG as part of Northeastern's Co-op program as a production assistant, working on client events and activations. • Supported the execution of experiential events including the Farfetch Coffee Carts at NY Fashion Week, MLB FoodFest, Target Made By Design press preview, L'Oreal content shoots, and the Nordstrom float at NYC Pride• Managed project documents such as production schedules, project timelines, and client meeting agendas and notes• Owned sourcing process of all décor and furniture selections, including research, negotiation, vendor contracting, payment, tracking, documentation, and product organization• Oversaw day of event load in and load out by working on site, securing vendors, managing all deliveries and pickups, keeping team on schedule, organizing back of house space, and directing event staff and interns• Tracked and managed all project expenses and vendor payments for over $1 million budget• Hired, trained, and directly supervised brand ambassadors and interns at all activations

• Increased lifetime value of 5 million unengaged customers by developing and managing an anti-lapsed email campaign from start to finish, saving an estimated 240,000 customers from becoming lapsed over one year• Developed subject line best practices for copywriting team to increase open rates by analyzing two years of historical subject line data, including highest performing furniture classes and promotional subject lines• Owned Guest Service inquiries on promotional codes, alerted teams of technical issues on email and direct mail, and increased efficiency of service representatives while completing 75 tickets per week• Handled confidential customer information discreetly and privately • Conducted daily and weekly performance tracking and quality assurance on both marketing and triggered emails• Improved email engagement through daily written and verbal communication with the creative, copy, and engineering teams
