As the first line of interaction for guests, provide excellent service to customers who come or call into the salon and create meaningful experiences by being hospitable and engaging.- Schedule guests' salon and spa services to maximize books for each service professional - Balance and check the register drawer at close of business- Educate clients on service and provide product recommendations- Close sales and encourages guests to pre-book services- Resolve customer challenges and utilize support from management when necessary - Manage inventory on a weekly basis- Develop content for social media outlets (Facebook, Instagram) and promotions- Provide training to new employees
