Managed year-long major wireless internet infrastructure overhaul for the Target Corporation. Installed new fiber backbone and fiber consolidation points. Installed copper cabling, patch panels, switches, and devices for (350) new Wireless Access Points, including indoor and outdoor. 100% all scissor or boom lift work. Served 99% of all Project Management duties in addition to leading the installation team. Responsible for client communications, planning, Quality Control, site regulations and safety enforcement, site logistic engineering design and implementation, daily written progress reports, inventory, data recording, producing deliverables, training, and physical installation as one of the few qualified crew members.

Led installation of conference room technologies and AV equipment with AMX/Crestron/Extron control systems as well as other low-voltage systems. Responsible for QC at new Microsoft data center. Permanent on-site AV Service Tech for multiple John Deere facilities in Waterloo. Installed nurse call technology at Iowa Veterans Home and other Hospitals and Clinics. Worked with clients such as Pioneer/DuPont, Holiday Inn, Casey's Corp., the USDA, Marshalltown Fire Department, Linn County Corrections, school districts, U of I, and many others.

Solely responsible for service, preventative maintenance, upgrades, replacements, repairs, and facilitating the use of campus classroom AV equipment including: Extron, SP, and Crestron room control, switching and integration systems, video-data projectors & screens, disc players, document cameras, lecture capturing cameras, Panopto video capture software, overhead projectors, TVs & monitors, audio systems & speakers. Provided instructions to faculty, staff & and students. Maintained and inventoried current campus equipment, tools, materials & supplies, and recommended future purchases. Built the Service Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution Guide for on-site tier 1 campus techs. After the original short-term contract ended, was contracted for an additional year.

Oversaw and served all audio & video needs. Ran satellite master control, edited video and executed post-production projects, set up & tear-down of work orders & events, operated broadcast cameras & post-production equipment during televised races & concerts, and shot material for use in a variety of productions.
