Utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis, I helped children on the spectrum build basic and necessary skills while reinforcing healthy behaviors. As a Behavior Technician, I dedicated myself to giving children a positive and enriching experience while demonstrating effective ways to communicate, learn, and interact socially. Using both direct 1:1 and peer group opportunities, children were provided a variety of different environments that helped them flourish to their best potential. Different approaches were applied to each child depending on their individual needs, desires, and personality. I believe in the importance of love, empathy, compassion, and understanding toward each client in every session.
