CurrentFocus on relationship management, program development and support, and bringing people and resources together to help address community needs.Oversees the Fund Distribution process for United Way's annual campaign ($11million) consisting of hundreds of community volunteers, approximately 100 social service agencies, and around 260 funded programs. Responsible for the oversight and development of internal programs such as United Way Houses and ReUnite. Over 400,000 community support services are delivered annually throughout the network of United Way Houses. ReUnite currently serves approx. 1,100 families of individuals prone to wandering and is a partnership with local law enforcement to bolster search and rescue efforts. Extensive experience with disaster relief, response and recovery, specifically with engaging nonprofit and community partners in relation to disaster donation and volunteer management. Following Hurricane Ian this resulted in tens of millions of dollars in donated goods and services. Currently serving as the Emergency Support Function 15 for Lee County.Additional responsibilities include brainstorming and developing new community programs, overseeing additional grant opportunities for community partners, including Federal and local funding sources, and nurturing a network of collaboration and intentional growth.
