As Chapter President, I am responsible for leading a chapter of 130 women and overseeing a board of 13 executive members. I also worked alongside other members of the greek organizations to elevate our community's cohesion and success. Through my team, we work to foster a safe, welcoming atmosphere that prioritizes well-being, member development and philanthropy. This experience honed my leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, preparing me for future challenges and opportunities.

I held weekly meetings where I educated the girls on the sorority, organized social events for them to bond and meet other organizations on campus, and also paired them up with an older girl in the sorority to help integrate them.
