As a life insurance agent at USAA, I provide excellent service and support to our members and their families, while ensuring the confidentiality and security of their sensitive information. I have a BS in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from The University of Texas at San Antonio, which gives me a solid foundation in human physiology, health, and wellness. I also have over 15 years of experience in customer service and management, as well as 11 months of assistant coaching at Abyss, a fitness and wellness company. I have developed skills in executive support, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork, as well as a passion for helping people achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
