I'm a business attorney and a partner at the Oberg Law Group, APC. My practice is focused primarily on commercial transactional matters and insolvency. I primarily work with small, family owned businesses and first-generation business owners. Prior to joining the Oberg Law Group, I served as an Associate at a small transactional firm specializing in benefit corporations, where I worked primarily on entity formation, corporate governance, real estate, and intellectual property. In addition, I gained valuable “in house” experience when I served as the VP - Legal Affairs at an aircraft manufacturing company. I primarily worked in public interest while I was in law school, and this passion for service continues to guide me in my practice today. I take pride in my client-centered approach to the practice of law.
