Sales Compensation Specialist
CurrentEngage with Business Partners to create and enhance Sales Compensation Memos. Maintain the Developed Markets Compensation Master Data File and ensure the sales roster remains up to date with current detailed compensation information. Support the annual compensation plan process to ensure correct plan types are allocated to the sales reps. Review Sales Compensation design and make change recommendations to the business. Assist in the annual planning and quota allocation process in accordance with the policies and tools established by the Global Commercial organization. Support Sales Management team with new employee setup for the assigned regions. Consults with the Global Commercial organization and Sales Management to manage sales territory, hierarchy and sales rep changes to ensure appropriate mapping into our sales systems. Leads and supports broader Sales Operations initiatives and projects. Manage documents and files maintained within our sales enablement site and oversee signature process and reporting of all sales compensation memos within DocuSign.
