I am passionate about facilitating mental and physical wellbeing at the individual and community levels. I am currently earning my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with Palo Alto University which will lead to licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) following graduation in Spring 2026. Additionally, I will complete my 500-hour training with Massage Therapy Institute Davis to become a certified massage therapist (CMT) in the Fall of 2024. For four years I served as a communications specialist for Aurrera Health Group, working with clients and partners across the firm to promote topics related to trauma and healing in the education, justice, health, early childhood, housing, and social services sectors.
