Over the past 10+ years I have taken on different positions within retail operations, customer success, and management and gained experience in many areas, all of which have led me to where I am today. While I was getting my BS in Strategic Communications, I took a part-time job as a sales associate for LUSH Cosmetics, and instantly fell in love with the the brand. My favorite part of the job was building rapport with customers in a way that allowed me to use my interpersonal skills and make lasting relationships. I thank LUSH everyday for teaching me valuable skills in sales! Over 3 years, I was able to move positions until I reached my goal of being the Operations Lead for the highest grossing store location in Utah.After graduating in 2018, I took a new position with Salomon as the Operations Manager for their store in SLC. I was given the freedom to reconstruct all operational procedures and collaborate with the sales and product teams to increase the store's overall profitability and efficiency. At this position, I felt extremely empowered to utilize my skills in merchandise planning and forecasting to make a difference in the workplace.In 2021 I landed the opportunity to manage the Lolë brand store in Park City, UT. Because I manage the only US based store, and the rest of the company is based in Canada, I independently run this location and have loved progressing in my career as a general manager! In my current position, I've expanded my expertise in supply chain logistics and merchandise planning and have successfully increased overall store profitability by 30% each year that I've been with the company.
