Current• Leads integrated marketing campaigns and sponsorship programs aimed at promoting brand awareness, attracting talent, and contributing to overall employee experience. Manages external partnerships focused on tech and DEI to support global brand business partners. • Manages integrated marketing campaigns and sponsorship programming. Sponsorships include: Grace Hopper Celebration, Afrotech, National Black MBA Association Conference, Statue of Liberty, Lesbians Who Tech, Rewriting the Code, . •Responsible for evaluating new partner opportunities and overseeing contract management, renewal and negotiation. •Partners with the analytics team to develop and measure the effectiveness of integrated marketing campaigns and sponsorships to further YOY sponsorship portfolio recommendation.
