Reporting to the CFL's Manager of People & Office Operations and Director of People & Culture, I work closely with all CFL departments including the senior leadership team to assist in day-to-day office administration and HR responsibilities. These activities include but are not limited to general office administration, executive assistant duties, shipping and receiving, and onboarding and offboarding. I have also worked on-site at CFL pillar events such as the Grey Cup to lead and manage the CFL Head Office as well as assist the CFL Events team in various activations.

Worked with the team to manage the retail floor to ensure it was customer-ready, meaning filling and stocking the floor, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and engaging in light cleaning.

Collaborated closely with various internal and external departments which included, marketing, communications, event operations, sales, game-day broadcast, and game day volunteers for the SWSE organization. Tasks ranged specifically in the development, activation, and execution of game day and event activities for all three sport properties: Sudbury Wolves (OHL), Sudbury Five (NBLC), and Sudbury Spartans (NFC).
