I am a cum laude graduate with a BS in biomedical sciences from the University of Mary Washington. I am thankful to have had the opportunity to hold positions on the school student government as a senate chair and on class council as the class of 2024 president. I bring an energetic personality and am able to balance demanding studies with these student engagement activities. As the class President, I was able to further cultivate my time management and leadership skills. I am able to demonstrate the capacity to maintain a healthy school/life balance and can consistently adapt in today’s ever-changing, fast-paced environment.   My work background has established a strong foundation and work ethic on which to build lifelong learning skills. From resourceful problem-solving and global thinking to organization, inter- and interpersonal communication skills, I exhibit organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines that highlight my energetic “can-do” attitude. Life experience thus far has taught me what it means to be grounded in one’s own personal belief system. My previous assistant supervisor position at Water Country USA has given me insight on the importance of leadership and communication skills as I have trained, managed, and worked with guests and lifeguards. My team-building experience and creative, out of the box thinking proves that I aim for success to achieve my academic and personal pursuits to enter the medical field.
