Eight short years ago, I launched my career in Human Resources at Kansas City Life Insurance Company. As the Employment & Training Manager, I am involved in all aspects of employment and employee relations. I graduated magna cum laude from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree, emphasis in Management, along with certificates in Human Resource Management and Multicultural Studies. I am passionate about learning and growing as an HR professional in both academic and hands-on settings.
