Madison Wharton is the Chief Operating Officer at Residence and advisor at BUCK. Madison started her career in production at companies like Heavy.com, CP+B, The Barbarian Group, and Momentum. She became the Global Chief Production Officer at KBS, where she partnered with a small team to lead the merger with Forsman & Bodenfors. In her role as COO at Residence, Madison oversees global operations for the network by focusing on collaboration and sustainability for the fast-growing needs of the network. Her work has been awarded over ten times at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, D&AD, the Clios, the One Show, and the Effies. Madison was a juror on the 2018 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity Digital Craft jury and currently serves as an FWA juror. She was named She Runs It 2017 Advertising Working Mother of the Year, an award given to outstanding mothers who achieve strong business results and serve as positive role models and mentors.
