She became the Global Chief Production Officer at KBS, where she partnered with a small team to lead the merger with Forsman & Bodenfors. In her role as COO at Residence, Madison oversees global operations for the network by focusing on collaboration and sustainability for the fast-growing needs of the network. Her work has been awarded over ten times at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, D&AD, the Clios, the One Show, and the Effies. Madison was a juror on the 2018 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity Digital Craft jury and currently serves as an FWA juror.
