She came up with some great ideas and iterated with the team on both technical features and product features, many of which made a huge difference in students’ enjoyment of our product. 3. Wit. This one goes without saying, but Madison was always incredibly quick to learn new things and apply concepts in new ways. Moreover, she knew how to ask the right questions and have a good dialogue to lead to deeper understandings. 4. Empathy. She has a deep drive to understand others and their concerns, make a lasting difference. She volunteered to go out of her way to understand our users (elementary students) by visiting classrooms and having one-on-one conversations with students, parents, and teachers. She was driven to make a difference in their educational outcomes, and it always led to our products having deeper educational (and business) impact.
