At E Source, I collected and managed data on demand-side management, demand response, and distributed energy resources for over 350 utility clients across the US and Canada. I also drafted original, research-based reports to help clients make energy-efficient and cost-effective decisions as well analyze emerging trends in the energy sector on topics.

As a fellow, I collaborated with Small Earth Nepal, a Kathmandu-based environmental organization, to conduct anthropological research on the social impacts of land-use change and water insecurity in Kathmandu Valley, Nepal. I conducted over 90 interviews with community members, scientists, and government officials and documented my findings through.

As part of the Explorer-Educator Exchange, I worked remotely with a fifth-grade science teacher in New Jersey to teach and mentor over 50 students over the course of a school year. I conducted monthly workshops with students covering environmental issues, research methods, and life in Nepal and facilitated the creation of various creative outputs including.

As a teaching assistant for Introduction to Cultural Anthropology, an undergraduate course of about 400 students, I held weekly office hours and exam review sessions to help students better understand course materials. I also led special enrichment sessions to groups of 10 students that built on the standard curriculum.

I worked with the Out of Eden Walk team to plan and implement a fundraising campaign that raised over $75,000 in support of the project.

As a research assistant, I worked closely with the program designer to identify and correct computer programming issues and used the program to help deaf children learn to hear with implants or hearing aids in noisy situations.
