First and foremost, I am a chronic perfectionist with a passion for creating and maintaining long-term relationships. My perfectionism manifests itself in a love of business, numbers, and statistics. My professional goal is to combine the two and make it my career. I am a huge math nerd. I did not realize this until I mistook my calculus homework for a brain game. This continued into college when I started taking classes geared toward my major. Each class felt less like an educational environment and more like a puzzle, trying to figure out how I could get everything right. The only thing I struggled to get right was meeting new people. That is until I took control of my anxiety. Up until college, I assumed I was an introvert. In college, I realized being alone drained me which pushed me to tackle my anxiety. Overtime I have gotten to the point I am now. I still struggle now and then, but introducing myself to new people has never been easier. I am a Human Resource Management student at the University of North Texas. Furthermore, I am hoping to find a Fall internship that will help me learn as much as possible about HR.
