Current• Leading the support staff with resolving issues and acting as first level escalation of client support issues.• Identifying and reporting software bugs and feature requests, and negotiate with the development team over priorities• Ensuring plans are in place to support new releases as well as confirming patches and maintenance releases are released with a high degree of quality• Assisting and involving in both small and large projects and oversee their progresses as well as… Show more • Leading the support staff with resolving issues and acting as first level escalation of client support issues.• Identifying and reporting software bugs and feature requests, and negotiate with the development team over priorities• Ensuring plans are in place to support new releases as well as confirming patches and maintenance releases are released with a high degree of quality• Assisting and involving in both small and large projects and oversee their progresses as well as participating in pre- and post- sales activities and assisting the sales team when necessary• Preparing and running webinars and training sessions for clients and internal teams to showcase innovative approach and demonstrate core features of the software• Designing and creating student and employer interfaces for clients and demo sites using LESS, CSS, HTML & Bootstrap• Support the day to day operations of the Australia team acting as key liaison between functional areas of the business. Act as primary point of contact when there are needs related to office equipment, work spaces & customer service.• Work closely with the management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation.
