Dolan was a criminal trial prosecutor for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office in Chicago and former Village Prosecutor for Oak Forest, IL. He holds the fourth highest medical malpractice verdict in DeKalb County and fifth highest verdict in DeKalb overall. He holds a top ten verdict in Illinois history for retaliatory discharge. He has championed many cases for women, minorities and crime victims on some of the most challenging and legally complex civil rights, government and constitutional issues. Samples of his recent trial history include where Dolan and the firm's trial team obtained a record civil verdict for three women violently assaulted. Dolan Law obtained a substantial settlement on the eve of trial against the City of Chicago for the wrongful death of an 11 year old boy who was killed in a reckless high speed police chase. Dolan Law secured over fifty-three million dollars in jury verdicts for the wrongful death of a teen shot at a high school basketball game.
