As the Chief Executive Officer of Tower of Youth, I oversee a mission-driven organization that provides tools and training to help youth master the digital arts and develop media literacy, self-expression, and civic engagement skills.My core competencies include fundraising, training and development, and leadership development, which I have honed through my previous and current roles as a co-founder and board president of the Central Valley Movement Organizing Institute, and a CEO of Tower of Youth. I have also acquired multiple certifications as a facilitator of various programs that promote healthy relationships, financial skills, and cultural traditions among Native American communities. My field of expertise is organizing and youth media, which I leverage to forge a world-class workforce and foster career, economic, and community transformation.
